EverBlock ground protection mats are designed to resist heavy moving loads and are manufactured using a high quality HDPE material that provides the perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility, allowing mats to gently flex under heavy loads, without cracking or breaking.
Mats provide stability under moving loads and prevent rutting and displacement of soil, grass, and mud.
From trucks, to forklifts EverBlock matting can withstand incredible loads (120-ton vehicles can easily be handled), while protecting the sub-surface and providing a firm support base for traffic, work, or event attendees.
By distributing weights over a larger area, EverBlock mats are the perfect ground protection mats and trackway for use at stadiums and sports fields and on high-end lawns and parklands.

WHITE COLORED MATS PROVIDES GREAT PROTECTION TO GRASS SURFACES AND LOWERS MAT SURFACE TEMPERATURES
EverBlock matting is available in Black and in White, with custom colors available for mat orders of 500 mats or more. Use standard Black for general heavy duty applications, while White is perfect for special event use and longer term turf and ground protection in hot or sunny climates.
The White EverBlock mat is both aesthetically attractive and has the
added benefit of lowering mat surface temperatures (and ground temperatures), helping to prevent grass burn on hot days.
For larger compounds and arrays of EverBlock mats, we recommend using White mats, as they help prevent expansion and contraction of the mats in sunlight.

Each EverBlock mat incorporates an attractive anti-skid surface that provides traction for wheeled vehicles, caster wheels, and pedestrians.
Little traction nubs cover both sides of the mat, preventing mats from slipping on wet or muddy surfaces and preventing equipment and vehicles from slipping on the mat itself. The nubs are large enough to provide traction, but are still designed to be comfortable for pedestrian use.
Even rubber tracked vehicles can drive on EverBlock matting, allowing EverBlock matting to be used on a variety of jobsite and in a variety of industries.
The EverBlock traction pattern is designed to be easily cleaned and minimizes areas where dirt can build up or get stuck.

MATS INTERLOCK FOR GREATER PROTECTION AND SAFETY
EverBlock ground protection mats can be interconnected using our tip and lock EverBlock Connector Links, which requires no tools for installation.
The Connector Links consists of a welded flat metal link with curved ends that slot into the pre-drilled connector holes on each mat, such that when the adjacent mat is dropped into place it "locks" the sections together. To remove mats and links, simply tip the link back at a 90 degree angle and remove from the connector hole in each mat

WHY USE EVERBLOCK INSTEAD OF PLYWOOD SHEETS?
EverRoad Access Mats are an ideal alternative to unsightly and inefficient plywood sheets. For years people have used plywood sheeting for access over lawns, at work sites, for equipment pads. The problem with plywood is that sheet easily warp, can get waterlogged (and thus heavier), and can chip, splinter, and rot.
Our High Density Polyethylene mats provide much greater durability and superior strength over plywood. EverBlock mats are completely water proof and may be used continuously in any weather conditions, even in extreme and fluctuating temperatures.
Unlike wooden sheets, EverBlock incorporates an anti-slip tread that prevents slippage of people and equipment and can be connected to prevent mats from "wandering" on site.
EverBlock ground protection mats are 100% recyclable, UV protected, and are chemical resistant.
Of course, EverBlock mats provide a more aesthetically pleasing look at job sites.
